Bathrooms are small rooms where a lot can go wrong out of sight. Waste falls that are almost right, tanking that stops an inch short, a shower tray bedded on nothing. None of it shows on handover day; all of it shows eventually. We build the hidden parts properly because that's the part you're actually paying for.
Wet rooms get a full tanking system over the floor and up the walls in the shower zone, with a formed former set into the floor so the fall is right before a tile goes down. Standard bathrooms get boarded and sealed to the same standard behind the tiling. Underfloor heating, if you want it, goes in on insulation board so the heat goes up rather than into the joists.
Then it's the visible part: sanitaryware, tiling, screens, lighting and extraction. We remove the old suite and take it away, and the room is cleared and cleaned at the end of every day — because it's usually the only bathroom in the house and you still have to live there.

How long does a bathroom take?
Usually seven to ten working days for a full refit. Wet rooms take a little longer because tanking and screed need time to cure properly — rushing that stage is what causes leaks.
Can you fit a wet room in an upstairs bathroom?
In most cases yes, though it depends on joist direction and how much floor depth is available for the former and falls. We check that on the first visit before quoting.
Do you supply the suite or do I?
Either. Plenty of people choose their own online and we fit it. We'll check the order before delivery — wrong-sized trays and missing valves are the usual hold-up.
