About us
18 years of building, fixing and refurbishing homes — and most of our work still comes the old way: recommendation.
Zii Builders started in Luton in 2008 doing what we still do today: honest building work, priced straight and finished properly. What began with roofing and repairs has grown into a full in-house team covering every trade a home needs — brickwork, carpentry, plumbing, electrics, plastering and landscaping.
Because every trade is ours, nothing falls between contractors. One schedule, one point of contact, one standard of finish — whether it's a full extension or a fence panel after a storm.
We work across Luton, St Albans and the whole of Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, and we guarantee our workmanship in writing.
Straight pricing
A written quote before we start, and it doesn't move unless the job does. No surprises on the final invoice.
Tidy sites
We work in your home like it's ours — dust sheets down, tools away, waste cleared at the end of every day.
One accountable team
No subcontractor roulette. The people who quote your job are the people who turn up and do it.
